You know, whenever you tell yourself that I'm not enough, I'm not spiritually enough, I'm not organized enough, I'm not connected enough, I'm just not enough, and I feel guilty about this.

Well, that's okay. We all have it, but we need to learn how to deal with it and shove guilt out.

So let's start today on WireTalk and hear these moms questions and get all the answers. Hey, moms, and welcome to Wire Talk. I'm your host, Emily, and we are so glad you're here today. Today we are going to be talking about mom guilt and what it really looks like and how to combat those lies and feed them with truth. Feed them with truth. It's kind of a weird way to say that. But you know what? We're going to move right along. But you know what? It's going to be a really great episode that hopefully everyone feels a little bit lighter and has their eyes focused on what's truly important in our journeyhood of mother, no matter if you are being a mom to babies, teenagers, or even adult children. So it's going to be a really good episode.

And mom guilt hits all of us. If I'm being honest, ladies, I'm struggling it with this morning. So, you know, I just think it comes in waves. You don't really plan to have it. You know, it just kind of hits you in unexpected waves. Do you mind me asking? What are you feeling mom guilt on? Well, are we going to let me, I'm going to probably start crying.

very hard time. It is. Because they need their naps at home. They don't really do well in the car seats. You know, they're trying new food. So you kind of need to be staying at home a little bit more. Yeah. I love doing the podcast. I do my cookie business on the side. I love helping the kids out in the classroom. I love to do it all.

And I'm just in that season, and I'm realizing it this morning, that I just can't do it all.

Well, and you feel guilty, because why can't I do it all?
