Okay, so we should tell folks right off. Bradford White is the big water heater manufacturer,

and you're

standing in front of what looks like a dozen water heaters behind you.

Can you tell me about that for starters?

Yeah, I am in our, we call it iTech.

It's the International Technical Excellence Center.

It's where we host in-person training classes for professional

contractors. And so this is a live fire lab. We can fire up to 5 million BTUs here. And I was

hoping it would make a decent background. So I appreciate you asking about it. It's fantastic. So you

have gas and electric water heaters represented there? That's correct. Yep, we do have

natural gas heaters in this lab. We do have the ability to hook up propane heaters. And then we also
