Now, whether you're leading a family or team, that people in that unit need positive reinforcement the most at the precise

time you least likely feel like giving it. Here's what I mean. When things hit a wall,

when you're in a rut, when everything seems to go wrong and maybe everything they do is wrong,

at that point, it's easy just to join the pile on an inventory just

how bad it or they are doing. And at that time is when leaders show up and say, you know what,

X, Y, and Z are not great right now, but we do have this in our favor. You are growing in that

particular area, and you may not be where you want to be yet, but you're not where you

used to be either. So keep moving in this direction. Those conversations that can point out the

one bright spot to rally around in the midst of an onslaught of misery can shift morale,

momentum, focus, and energy. So be aware of this dynamic, this need, and be intentional

in your approach to helping turn the tide with positivity and affirmation. Thank you.
