Good morning. Yeah, good morning. We're going to leave the rest of that conversation behind.

0:06.2

We're going to move on because nobody else heard it, hopefully. I made some serious progress on my pool house.

0:13.3

Oh, great. Yeah. Well, a couple of big things. One, yesterday, I just finished the soffet, and on one side I did soffit around it, and the other

0:24.2

side I did tongue and groove ceiling, like on the over the pool equipment.

0:28.7

And it looks so good.

0:30.2

It looks so good.

0:31.3

It's so nice when you get a construction project buttoned up or it gets buttoned up.

0:35.4

Yeah, it's looking less like a construction project and more like almost there.

1:26.9

And it's crazy because I just, I did like a cost comparison trying to figure out what's the best,

1:33.4

you know, because you can buy like Hardy Panel, or not Hardy Panel, LP siding panel.

1:39.4

I guess you could buy Hardy.

1:41.3

And so I did a cost comparison of just the square footage using like

1:44.7

engineered wood that you have to paint and you have to seal and you have to do all the stuff

1:49.6

versus this composite stuff. And like the wood version was almost twice as expensive, which was
