0:29.1	Okay, you're in for a treat today because one of my favorite creative people is on the show.
0:43.3	Author, illustrator, Bob Shea. He is an incredible picture bookmaker, one of my favorites doing it today. And I loved soaking in Bob's hilarious wisdom in this episode. He has kind of been a bit of a guide for me since
0:52.5	early days, even when I was just starting to consider writing

0:56.7	He was super helpful all the way back in probably 2012, 2013, giving me feedback and some pointers.
1:03.8	And then we've stayed in touch a bit over the years.
1:06.2	And he's one of the people out there making tight stories in picture book form, which is not super common.
1:16.0	A lot of picture books are more topic driven these days, or they're maybe more whimsical, and a lot of that, both of those categories I really like.
1:25.6	But you know, my penchant for storytelling and
1:28.7	Bob's been doing some phenomenal work in that direction but also he's just one of the funniest
1:34.8	loosest creators and uh picture bookmakers that I know and I'm so inspired and jealous by
1:43.4	how silly and weird and fun his ideas are.
1:49.8	He has a new book called Bersuit Turtle.
1:52.8	I mean, bearsuit Turtle.
1:54.9	That alone is just like I so aspire to have that kind of freedom in my creativity. And so I was just soaking up
2:04.6	everything that Bob could give me here. And I think you're going to love it. We talk a bit about
2:08.6	ADHD. Talk a little bit about ADHD medication. And, you know, neither of us are doctors.
