Welcome to Grumpy Old Geeks, I'm Jason DeFilippo. And I'm Brian Schultmeister.

I think Apple had something come out yesterday, Brian. Oh wait wait no they didn't actually have

anything came out. Come out it was all about what might be coming out in the future.

Yeah, I saw, as you know, I never watched these things. I saw you tweeted a couple times as you

were up on it and I saw yeah there was a lot of, wow this might be cool whenever it shows up.

Yeah in the fall and of course it's going to be two years before it actually works correctly.

That's how Apple works. There was some neat stuff but man they really need to bring in some

professional talent for that thing. The nerds were definitely running the keynote. I mean it was

Craig Federicki was kind of painful to watch on some of those and I'm pretty sure Susie Sibilance

was running the soundboard as well because oh my god my ears hurt. I had I stopped watching because

there was so many s's throughout the whole thing that it was just it drove me crazy.

Well the production quality has gone down quite a bit since Steve Jobs left. Oh god give me a

breath. I think James Cameron fucking directed this thing or you kidding me. Paulie short-rode it

though. That's the downside. So yeah it doesn't need stuff in there. I'm looking forward to it

when it does actually come around to shipping. Right yeah nothing nothing really caught my eye.

Nothing seems to have blown up the the Twitter sphere either so. Oh god the universal.

The universal control thing is awesome. Yeah that's pretty cool. Yeah I like that part.

That's the one I dig the most I think but yeah I've got I've got enough tools around here to do

that already so I don't yeah kind of. It's just made made half your gear redundant now. Yeah so much

for Luna display they might as well pack up shop but yeah oh well that's a hundred dollars down

...
