Summary

In tonight’s dead letter… Luke recounts a spooky camping trip with his brother and father where they found themselves surrounded by something both canine and ethereal. Despite being experienced outdoorsmen, they’re unable to defend themselves against whatever is encircling their campsite as the leader of this pack of animals stares intently at them, and has no reaction to shots fired in self-defense.

You ever have one of those stretches where everything piles up, work, relationships, sleep,

0:04.5

and you think, I should probably talk to someone about this, but finding a therapist who takes

0:08.6

your insurance feels like impossible?

0:10.7

Well, yeah.

0:11.8

Wait a second.

0:12.6

What, are you reading my mail?

0:14.5

But listen, seriously, you know, the search does turn into a full-time job.

0:18.8

You know, call after call, the long wait lists, or you finally

0:23.2

find someone and they don't take your plan. Meanwhile, you're paying out of pocket or waiting

0:28.1

months. It's not ideal. That's exactly why we want to shout out Rula. They make therapy actually

0:34.4

accessible. Rula partners with over 100 insurance plans, so the average

0:38.6

co-pay is about $15 per session. And depending on your benefits, it can be as low as $0.

That's huge.

0:45.9

Yeah, the one time when zero is huge when it's about cost. But with Rula, it's not just about

0:51.6

price. Rula has a network of more than 15,000 licensed therapists

1:03.7

Yeah, I mean, I've seen people get stuck with the first available provider and it just

doesn't click. Then therapy feels pointless. Rula curates options for you, so you're more likely to find someone who actually fits
