0:15.3	Many of our concerns these days in politics are really about the law and about the Supreme Court specifically.
0:23.9	Why is it doing what it is doing? Why isn't it doing certain things? Is the Supreme Court still
0:30.2	acting like a court? Is the Supreme Court ready and ripe for reform? All of these questions
0:37.2	swirl around so many different issues.
0:40.2	And of course, the now begun trial of Donald J. Trump and the very basic question as to whether
0:49.5	he can be prosecuted for crimes while in office. We're very, very lucky today to have with us Steve Flattuck,
0:59.1	who is currently a professor at the University of Texas,
1:02.6	will soon be at Georgetown Law.
1:05.8	He is a renowned author.
1:08.5	His book, Shadow Docket, is up for an ABA award and it will be coming out
1:14.9	in paperback on May 21st. So mark your calendars. It is a great book on a used to be obscure topic
1:23.6	that is now extremely important. He also has a newsletter called One First, and it is a must
1:33.9	read for people who want to stay up on all things pertaining to the Supreme Court. So we're very
1:40.3	fortunate to have him, and without further delay, I'll welcome him to the show.
