Hey, the first story in this week's episode is upsetting.

These stories are horrible, but I promise it's not all doom and gloom.

I go outside every day and I look at the people walking the streets, living their life.

Going to work, drinking in bars. People walking with their children. Fathers

holding their daughter's hand to cross a road. Drunks spilling out of a pub. A man walking his dog

at 8am. A 15-year-old girl on her phone.

Maybe it's a group of friends taking a selfie by a statue.

Maybe it's a guy holding a pint in a pub with a black look in his eyes.

Maybe it's the old woman waiting on the next bus, clutching her bus pass.

I go outside every day and I look at people walking the streets, living their life and I wonder,

will you be the next one?

Are you suffering in plain sight?

Can I see you now, but tomorrow you'll be gone?

I can't promise to have the answers to questions about suicide.

And I can't promise that as I write this in a pub,

surrounded by 17, 18 people,

that one of the people in this pub won't go home tonight

and kill themselves.
