Hello and welcome to another two Robbie's podcast with me Robbie Musto and him Robbie Earl going over the recent action in England's Premier League. This weekend was match week 29 of 38 and we're probably

much Robby O now pretty much in the running now and it was a weekend of Darby's as well

and we'll get to all of them but let's start in no particular order by the way so don't get upset anybody not with the biggest

Derby but maybe the last game of the weekend was the Merseys Derby and it finished Eberton, Nill, Liverpool, Neil.

I guess first thing to say for me, Rob, is that it was a typical, typical Merseys

Derby, great atmosphere at Goodison Park.

The fans are so close there, they were so revved up to try and put a

spanner in the works and Liverpool winning the Premier League title the first time in

29 years. The atmosphere was great great did it affect the quality of the

football that we watched in the game Rob?

Good question I don't think from Everton's point of view of view it disrupted the quality of the football because in fairness Rob I think

the crowd were pumped up the team were pumped up they were pumped up with possession at times they were pumped up

without possession I thought Everton did what

they had to do to give tells a chance of possibly winning the game from Liverpool's point of

view Liverpool didn't play well enough, didn't have enough

composure creativity on the ball to outdo Eberton's pumped up all atom, 100% effort and work rate and the atmosphere within

Goodison.

Liverpool in the end, Rob, today weren't good enough to overcome that and find a way to get a victory.

After the game on the show I was on the show this weekend in the studio with Rebecca and Kyle.

My kind of first initial reaction Rob was, you know what I know what I'm going to get from

Liverpool defensively and I think we saw that in the game. I think I know what we're going to get from

Liverpool's midfield which is energy, it's hard work work but not really a consistent goal threat but the
