On the night of November 20th, 1997, 28 year old Jordo was at home in Powhat in Kansas with her husband Sean.

Just before 1245 AM on what was now the 21st, our car pulled up and started shooting

into the house.

Jody, who was six months pregnant, ran to her bedroom for cover, but was shot once, killing her instantly.

Tragically, Jody's unborn baby, Jordan Shea, also passed away, leaving Sean without a wife and a child.

A thorough investigation ensued, and authorities identified a handful of suspects and a motive, however, no arrest have been made.

It's been more than 26 years since Jody was murdered,

and investigators are still searching for the person or people responsible. I'm going to Hey everyone welcome back to Detective Perspective. My name is Derek Lovasser.
