Sabrina Zohar and I am your host. I cannot believe that we are finally at the end of the year episode.

I've been prepping for it, I've been planning for it, I've been mentally mulling it over and

going through and it just feels surreal that we made it.

And I'm so fucking excited to dive in with you guys

and kind of go over like, honestly, first off,

the difference a year can make. It's wild a little recap and then really kind of also go into some some things that I wanted to like kind of finalize as we exit the year because I did yoga this morning and the teacher kept focusing on like we have to remember with every new beginning means that something else had to end, right?

Now another new beginning had to come to an end for a new beginning to start.

So I want to use this week to honor, you know, letting go and

detaching, matching somebody energy, why that's a waste, and like making

better choices so that you can still grieve that old you and leave so many things

in the past but also what to take with you into the next year.

Because we have Masha on next week and I can't wait to talk about how to manifest and bring in.

So let's get ready to remove and to purge and to say goodbye and to honor the year that we had and get ready for what's to come and I can't fucking wait guys as always
