| 1:17.2 | nations across the globe. When it comes to human sleep, people tend to short sleep during the week, and then they try to long sleep at the weekend. |
| 1:28.9 | And it doesn't seem to matter whether you are inherently a short sleeper or not, |
| 1:33.7 | if you are a napa, if you're a morning type |
| 1:36.6 | or an evening type, most people seem to engage |
| 1:40.4 | in sleep less during the week and more during the weekend. |
| 1:45.0 | Now I'm sure this is no surprise to you this idea that people sleep shorter amounts |
| 1:51.0 | during the week and then sleep longer amounts during the weekend. |
| 1:54.4 | And I'm also sure that you understand why this is happening biologically. |
