He's doing a special thing this month.

I like to promote podcasts that are struggling.

I'm just kidding it's a very successful podcast anyways but it's people will get mad at you if you if you plug successful things I get shit for being like yeah why don't you keep pushing Sam Harris like that guy needs more money? I'm like, well, it's helpful.

It's a good show, good app. Dan Harris is not related to Sam, but his buy I guess is great in the month of January

they're doing a self-love situation I don't know a

special month-long thing and it's really been helping me because as you know I

hate myself and check out my special called i hate myself on

you too you haven't already and uh...

i don't know i have that thing where you just

never enough

you're not enough and you know matter what I do in a day. I think I could have done more

or should have done more. Do you guys have that? I'm sure you do. I think we all do.

Which is helpful to think we all have it. It's comforting
