Well, it's December now. It wasn't December last time we talked, was it? It was December 3rd. It was the ninth anniversary of making it 100 last week. Okay. It's still December. Sorry. Yeah. Wow. Yeah. It's just the beginning. It feels like a very long month so far. Which is weird because last year, like we were talking, me and Jenny were talking last

year about, in January, about how quickly December went.

0:26.0

I love the Christmas season.

0:27.9

I love all the stuff around Christmas.

But last year, it was like, blink of an eye, December was over.

We didn't do any of the stuff that we wanted to do as a family, you know, like watching movies and going to see lights and all that stuff. So this year we were like, okay, we got to really take advantage of it. And now it feels like it's dragging on for the wrong reasons. It's just, it's like, it's just been a long couple weeks. It's funny. I keep having this and tell me if you guys feel the same. It's like, oh, well, Christmas is coming. I should really start making some leather stuff. Or I should start, you know, me and Rob have been ramping up the ice picks. Thanks, Rob for pushing me. Rob constantly pushes me with the ice picks. I'm lazy about it. He's like, Christmas is coming, you know. if you don't get your order in by this ex-date, then you don't be able to ship it for Christmas. And I'm like, you get plenty of time.

Christmas. I'm lazy about it. Because Christmas is coming, you know. If you don't get your order in by this X date, then you don't be able to ship it

for Christmas.

1:13.0

And I'm like, you get plenty of time.

1:14.6

Christmas is at the end of the year.

1:16.6

Yeah.

1:16.8

Like, this is what I'm thinking to myself.

1:18.0

I'm like, wait a minute.

1:19.6

Christmas is like 10 days away.

1:21.8

Yeah.

1:22.9

I thought that yesterday.

1:25.3

Okay.

1:25.8

I really do. And then Rachel's like, why don't you do these combination things with the leather and the ice pick? I'm like, it's two weeks away. There's no time for me to come up with a good idea. I get it at marketing and make a bunch of stock. People just have to buy what's available. I mean, that's the problem with like the whole marketing thing for an event, like Black Friday, Christmas sale, whatever, you got to start working on

1:44.6

that like two months in advance to get out, you know, if you really want to have different,

1:49.2

like an email chain that goes out every couple of days, like we've been doing that for Black

1:54.2

Friday, Orange Friday, we call it, for several years now. So we basically have the structure of media

1:59.3

and we just swap out the dates and swap out
