Guys, welcome to the J Scott Outdoors Podcast. Today is the 19th of November and here in Arizona,

the 13A Strip Hunt has already been completed.

The 13B hunt, they're right in the middle of that hunt.

Opening day was this last Friday, today is Monday,

so they've been hunting for several days.

There are some mid-November Cooster hunts going on.

There's early December Cooster hunts coming up, the late December Co hunts hunts coming up.

The late December coasters coming up.

We've got some Rocky Mountain

Bighorn sheep hunts are going on right now. The bulk of the sheep hunts in Arizona are kicking off here

December 1st. I'm back in Arizona from Colorado. I'm done with my duties at the Odd Six Ranch for now. We

Colorado just finished their fourth season and we had some hunters in on the ranch, some owners of the

or some friends of the owners shot some management bulls. I'm back here in Arizona I went and collected my trail cameras out in Western

Arizona spent two days getting my cameras I got some really cool picks of a lion that the game and fish knows well. I guess his nickname or what he's known by his K.M. 14. He's been known to travel multiple mountain ranges down in

west southwestern Arizona and he was on three of the different drinkers.

One of the drinkers, I got up to check the camera and I noticed a pile of

mule deer bones, kind of some hide and a little bit of meat still left on, and I thought, man, that would be unbelievable if I wasn't 100% sure if it was a lion or maybe coyotes had gotten to it but

wasn't much left of it and anyway got the camera pulled pulled the card, and there's over 100 photos of the lion.

He crawls up in the tree right next to my cameras looking around,

but he kills a deer just out of camera view and drags the

deer right into the middle of the view it's on on my Instagram. Jay Scott outdoors on Instagram. Anyway,

proceeds to eat on it for about six or seven days and then hasn't been back
