Summary

Hello beauties! On this week’s Five Minute Friday, I talk all about the lip flip! This quick and inexpensive procedure is a great way to add a touch of projection to your lips while also preventing them from turning inwards when you smile! I have perfect this technique by using micro-droplets of neurotoxins like Botox, Dysport, or Xeomin to help relieve the effects of a gummy smile. This procedure has become extremely popular in my practice and I am so excited to tell you about it!

direction or another. So, suffice it to say that you've got to see a very experienced injector

and someone who's comfortable with this procedure. But if it's done correctly, and it's one of

1:10.1

my specialties, it's such a nice,

1:13.2

natural, lovely way to get some beautiful lipfulness without getting lip filler. So if you're

1:19.1

someone who's kind of new to the idea of wanting more lip volume and you're not sure if you want to do

1:24.2

lip filler, lip flip would be for you. I like to use the lip flip to get more of

1:31.9

that outside border of the lip to show. So take a look in your mirror, do a big smile,

1:36.7

and see if the borders of your lip kind of tuck in and curl under at the sides of the lip.

1:43.7

If you're seeing that, then you're definitely a

person who has overactive orbicularis orus muscles. And orbicularis oris is the name of the

1:52.4

muscle group that encircles the mouth or the labia. And it is a circular muscle. It down and inwards when we do actions like

puckering using a straw pursing the lips gargling all of those kind of actions
