recorded before the first panel I should note is an August crew of terrible terrible people

just trying to get to be a little bit better in the eyes of well whoever matters and in our

hearts that's really just you the the listeners. Without further ado,

I am really Derek to be here, Moises. And joining us on the main show for the first time, one of the leaders of team cockroach over on the TV podcast who have been recapping the good place for three seasons all the way through the finale, the one, the only, Javier Matusevich.

How are you, Javier?

I'm in a perfect utopia, and yet I've got a stomach cake.

I thought that even though one would assume, if you're listening to a podcast about the entirety of the four seasons of the Good Place, especially the final season. You have hopefully probably watched the whole thing.

We will do a spoiler horn thing so that we can talk a little bit up front about our general feelings about the show, tease things in, and hopefully roll some of you toward

watching The Good Place if you haven't watched it yet.

Out of curiosity, did all of us watch The Good Place from the beginning?

Did anybody join in watching a few episodes in after the first season started?

Aline, did you start with the show from episode one?

No, I'm trying to remember.

I think we started watching it in the mid-season, or not the mid-season,

in the break between season one and season two.

And I think it was mostly because of Glenn and Jason raving about it elsewhere in the incomparable extended universe that my husband and I decided to give it a shot and didn't look back.
