But when those emotions threaten to hold you back, get in the way of your progress, steamroll your success, or sabotage your creativity, then we’ve got to find healthy ways to deal and cope with our emotions. I want to talk about some triggers and situations in running a business that might cause us to tense up or get hurt feelings, and what to do about them in order to move forward, feel at peace, and not sweat the stuff that truly won’t matter in the long run.
