0:30.6	Moch, that is a lot of time that we have spent with each other on this podcast and with everyone

0:37.0	So thank you guys for making this as successful as it's been.
0:40.4	Yeah, in just under two years, about 20 to be exact here. Our premiere was June 13th,
0:45.6	2022. Let us know if you were with us for that first podcast. So a little background,
0:51.5	Jill and I were talking about doing this podcast and so when we initially
0:54.2	launched our thought was like let's do it twice a week and see if people are into it.
0:59.2	Additionally I was about nine months pregnant when we started.

1:14.8	something so you just got to take the leap right we got I think four weeks under our belt
