This is an exciting one.

Last episode, we were talking about the person that's on today.

We were talking about his accomplishment,

being able to do a sub five minute mile

and a 500 pound black squat in the same day.

So we have Adam Klink on the episode today.

Yeah, super cool.

Just like he's got the coach mindset, the coach heart,

and also like not only does he want to strive for the best for himself,

but he wants the people around him to succeed as well.

And you can really see that in this episode.

Honestly like I think that what he has done is one of the craziest

at least in my opinion feats in as far as like athletics is concerned.

So I really, really think it's incredibly inspiring and but just like impressive, you know know and obviously knowing him he's not he did he

acted like it was no big deal which you know if it was me I'd be shouting at
