They like grab your muscle and they put a needle like this long into your muscle and then you just go up and down.

Basically just like pushing it in and out.

It's like this far into the muscle. Do they numb you? No. Why wouldn't they numb you? And you could see that people's muscle like spazzing and like tensing like this as they're like poking in and out. Apparently it hurts like crazy for the next few days. Dry needling. It's called dry needling. I will say, though, even with Botox, like when I have so much muscle buildup,

as much as it hurts getting a needle put in,

sometimes it's relieving because it's so tight.

So I could see it being a little really good.

Does it hurt in the moment?

People act like it's not like excruciating.

I get acupuncture, but I've never like the thought of the needle going. Yeah. It looks crazy though. It looks
