He's a psychologist and a sleep doctor expert on daylight saving time who I quizzed about a study that said we should abandon daylight saving time.

And honestly, I gave him a few directions to consider for his research going forward and it was pretty receptive.

We talked to parents of listeners to make sure they were registered to vote. It was a great episode.
