This is how I became the most interesting person in the room.

One Utah man is taking drastic measures when it comes to creating a healthier

version of himself. Typically, when we want to make a healthier version of ourselves, we make a

New Year's resolution and try to stick with it. But I guess that hasn't worked for him.

His name is Skip Boyce, and he's 49 years old, and he's doing what he calls the

isolation year. So what that means is he's locking himself into a certain room of, I guess

he's a contractor, so he built like a shed type situation. Oh, that's cool. But it's on the same

property as his home where his daughter and his

wife live, but it's got its own bathroom, its own gym, all these things. He just wants his own

place. I mean, you may not be wrong, but he's claiming what he needs to do is isolate himself

into this shed type thing that he built for a whole year, 365 days.

And he's going to live stream it.

The reason for live streaming on TikTok is to keep accountability so that he can't step

out of this.
