Hi everyone, happy April. It's the first of April as I'm sitting down to record this and Munch, my

almost eight-year-old German Shepherd, is right next to my table. He's fast asleep, but you never

know he will spot a bird in the backyard or he'll think he heard someone drive in and he may

jump up and start barking at any point.

Shouldn't happen.

But if it does, you know that he's right here.

And I hope you can't hear him snoring as this episode progresses.

I want to start this episode with a little secret.

I have been craving to sit in a circle with you.

To be in Sangha and community, not on Zoom, not a voice in your earbuds every week for years on end, but to actually sit in person with you to be able to look you in the eye and to laugh together and to yoga together.

I do some of my best work in person and if I'm being honest with you,

there is so much that can happen when there is dialogue and an exchange between us. So I really

enjoy teaching live and being in person with all of you and I have an idea and I hope you take
