We would love to be able to inspire people, motivate people,

but we live in a pragmatic world.

And I have found over the last 35 years that we also,

on top of being inspirational and motivational,

there's mechanisms which to incentivize people.

And if we can articulate what those things are,

to incentivize people, to enjoy the consistent every day,

persistent without quite pursuit of their potential,

that we will get the aggregate effect of motivation,
