The new year is upon us and it is important that you take the time to sit your blogging

goals for the year to come.

Before I get into the blogging goals, let me share with you my podcast goal for the next year

and some of the planning I've been doing over the past month towards this goal.

As you may already know, I hit a health hurdle this year that required a few unique procedures and test from Houston all the way to Harvard.

This kept me from publishing podcast episodes of my normal rate over the last couple of months.

The good news is that I overcame the hurdle.

However, I wanted to create a new system for creating podcast episodes

that would allow the show to continue to go on

even when the inevitable hurdles in life arise.

For the next year, my goal for the podcast is 52 to 100 no-fluff

episodes. I am already into the second quarter of episode planning, and in addition to my own

growth hacks, I am going to be working with some of the top experts that specialize in key areas to deliver

a series of no fluff episodes using the same format you have grown accustomed to.

It will not be your typical podcast interview where you have to wade through 40 minutes of

small talk to get to one or two

actionable tactics. I'm going to introduce them and they will then take over delivering only
