Hooray. It's actually a really important topic to talk about, though, because it profoundly affects us in our lives in so many

ways that we might not even be conscious of and really guides our behavior, the actions we take

or don't take, how we feel, and it also can manifest

as strong kind of like shame storms or what I would call the shame pit. And as I describe it,

into the shame pit, I know I have, and it can be really debilitating,

really painful. And here's the thing about shame in the shame pit is once you go in there and
