Do not let your insecurity get the better of you. For any leader of an organization, people are following you, you are going to have your insecurities.

And the two ways that they manifest themselves that are the kiss of death is that if, number one, your insecurity doesn't allow you to be challenged. Or number two, hey, we had some success.

Now I think I'm getting in over my head.

So I'm going to do manage by consensus.

And if you're going to do it by consensus, you're dead, right?

Because you can't please it.
