but definitely for my listeners. And it's really about how do we make fitness a long-term lifestyle

habit? I think every year on our near-resolutions, we're like, we want to make this a habit, but then

February comes around and it's already been lost. Yeah, totally. I mean, there's gotta be a fluidity

to your fitness routine, right? And I think instead of saying, okay, I'm doing an hour a day,

five days a week, no matter what, you have to say, I'm going to do something every day,

where I'm going to do something six days a week or five days a week, start wherever.

And in the case of O'Bay, that might mean a 28-minute workout with us, but it might mean a 10-minute

express class. It might mean going for a walk with our audio content outside and enjoying nature

for 20 minutes. But I think you have to allow yourself that fluidity and you have to get excited
