0:54.5	It's right in your face. I highly recommend you start auditing and spend five to ten hours on TikTok.
1:01.0	Consume, you'll see plenty of dumb shit, plenty of lipping and dancing and music, but be thoughtful.
1:08.0	Search your hashtags and see what's in there. This takes work.
1:13.5	I spend all my hours listening. It seems like I'm always talking. It's because I spend every second you don't see me listening.
