So the annual league meetings, the owners meetings have wrapped and there was one big

league item that came down from those meetings as the owners meet and talk about potential changes to the league each

and every single year and that's one thing I think you have to love about the

NFL is the ability to put themselves under a microscope and make appropriate

changes to impact the game and the way the fans want to see.

And one thing they did based upon a very, very exciting playoff run this past January and into February for the Super Bowl. But also in addition to the fun we saw

something happen that has happened a few times over the last I don't know half

decade or so where a great quarterback did not get to touch the football in overtime so they will now change the post-season rule to this as follows.

Still, if you score a safety on defense on the the team is the winner.
