We're watching shares of Nvidia in the pre-market after closing down more than 3% Friday on a CNBC report that one of its top rivals in China, Alibaba, is developing a competing AI chip.

Invidia shares this morning off by about 1.5%.

Alibaba's Hong Kong listed shares shot up close to 20% yesterday.

That came after an earnings report on Friday that showed cloud computing revenue grew by 26% year over year.

Open AI is reportedly vetting potential partners to help build a massive data center in India.

A Bloomberg report says that the site could be among the country's largest,

and it could be announced by CEO Sam Altman when he visits India this month.

And longtime Vogue editor-in-chief, Anna Wintour, has reportedly

picked Chloe Moll to be her successor. Mall is the daughter of actress Candice Bergen and the

late Louis Moll, the famous French film director. She has worked for Vogue since 2011. And the

Powerball lottery, growing to $1.3 billion after there was no jackpot winner last night.

The next drawing will be Wednesday night. That is the fifth largest in Powerball history.
