The Supreme Court agreeing to hear the White House's appeal of the lower court ruling that

many of President Trump's tariffs are illegal.

It's going to hear oral arguments in the first week of November.

In other tariff news,

tensions could be easing between the U.S. and India. In a post on truth socially yesterday,

President Trump saying India and the U.S. are continuing negotiations to address the trade barriers between our two nations. Then last night on ex-Mody reposted the president's message and said

our teams are working to conclude these discussions at the earliest.

A short time later, the president reposted Modi's message.

So a little bit of back and forth there.

Meantime, shares of Apple, they are lower.

The stock falling about 1.5% yesterday after the company unveiled the iPhone 17.

Apple announcing four new iPhone models,

including the lighter, thinner iPhone 17 air. And Microsoft reportedly turning to an open AI rival,

Anthropic, for new AI tools in its Office 365 suite, the information reporting that Microsoft will use Anthropics clawed model for Excel and PowerPoint after developers founded beat OpenAI on financial modeling and presentation design.

Microsoft telling CNBC it remains committed to its long-term partnership with OpenAI.

And chairs of GameStop, they're higher, profit to jumping from year ago, thanks to a 63% increase in collectibles revenue.

Supreme Court, they're busy, I guess.
