Hi, I'm Andrew Ross Sorkin, co-host of Squawk Box. Today, I'm with Joe Kernan, and this is

five things to know before today's opening bell. And they are all earnings movers. Let's go through

the list. Shares of Expedia, they're soaring earnings and revenue, gross booking estimates,

beating estimates, and the company raising its full year guidance results boosted by its business to

business and advertising segments. Meanwhile, shares of Pinterest sharply lower earnings missing

estimates but revenue and guidance topping expectations, the company's CFL telling analysts

there is still some lingering concern from advertisers related to tariffs and broader market uncertainty.

Shares of Instacart, they're rising. The delivery company reported order growth of 17% and

offered upbeat guidance, the CFO saying a number of grocers lowered or removed price

markups on Instacart's platform to match in-store pricing. And SoftBank shares jumped by more than 10%

in trading in Tokyo. The company reported a profit that came in more than three times higher

than analysts expected. Shares is sweet green. They're plunging. The restaurant chain's revenue

missed estimates and it reported a bigger loss than analysts had expected. Comp sales fell by 7.6%

and it slashed its guidance. The company facing tough comps from a very strong quarter just

a year ago when customers paid more for steak as a new menu option. Now the company is struggling

to sell $15 salads to more price conscious consumers, Joe.

So that's what it is, sweet green.
