five things to know before today's opening bell. We got a lot of them, well, we got five of them,

actually. Human Resources Software Giant Workday reports after the bell. The stock down about

17% in the three months, in the past three months. Analysts have raised concerns that AI could take market share from Workday and its competitors.

Meantime, President Trump saying his administration will not approve wind or farmer destroying solar.

This comes after the Trump administration tightened permitting for renewables last month.

And United Health has created a new public responsibility

board committee as it works to repair its public image. The company says the committee will be

focused on monitoring and overseeing financial regulatory and reputational risks to the firm.

And Elon Musk must face a lawsuit by voters that accused the Tesla CEO of defrauding them in the run-up to last year's

presidential election. Musk promised people the chance to win a million dollars if they signed

a petition to support the United States Constitution. A judge in Texas said a woman plausibly

alleged that Musk and his political action committee wrongly induced her to provide personal

information.

And coffee giant Starbucks is expanding its test of coconut water beverages.

Cocoa and cocoa cold brew will be offered in 400 stores starting today, including in New York,

Chicago, and L.A.
