Hi, I'm Becky Quick, co-host of Squawk Box, and this is five things you need to know before

today's opening bell. Chipmaker Marvell beating third quarter earnings estimates and saying that

it expects data center revenue to rise 25% next year. Marvell also announcing that it will

acquire hardware startup celestial AI for at least $3.3 billion in cash in stock,

and Marvell's shares are up by over 11% on all of this news.

Identity management firm, OCTA, topping earnings and revenue projections, but the stock is lower this morning.

It's off by close to 4%.

AQTA did not provide fiscal guidance for 2027. And reports say that the Trump administration

will propose weakening fuel efficiency standards finalized under former President Biden.

Auto executives are said to have been invited to an event at the White House today.

Big question as to what it will mean for their bottom line, though, because a lot of their

lineups have been in the making for years. Saudi Arabia's public investment fund in the meantime

will own about 93% of electronic arts once a deal to acquire the video game maker is complete.

That's according to the Wall Street Journal.

And the search for the missing Malaysia Airlines flight, MH370,

will resume later this month,

more than a decade after that jet disappeared.

Malaysia's transport ministry says that U.S.-based marine robotics firm Ocean Infinity

will work on the operation in a targeted area for about two months.
