Well, this just isn't the right time and it never

will be if you keep making excuses. Hey I'm Terry Savelle Foy, your cheerleader of dreams. I want to

talk to you today about five things successful people quit doing to have the best year ever.

I put this together for us to use as a checklist for the new year.

What could you accomplish in your life next year if you started saying yes to

everything God has put in your heart to do and no to every negative thought talking

you out of it? You know let me tell you this quick personal story. Years ago, I heard this in prayer.

The Lord said, when I know you're ready, get ready.

I didn't even totally know what that meant and if it was really God, but I took it literally

and I started preparing or getting ready for the dreams in my heart.

Well, one of them being to one day write a book.

And I did exactly what I share with you each week. I wrote the vision. I put it, you

know, in fact, I went in front of the New York Times here and I posed in front of it,

acting like I was a published author. What was I doing? I was causing that vision to come alive.

In fact, I put it on my vision board.

But then I had to take it a step further by taking action. I blocked time in my daily schedule to start writing.

Now keep in mind, nobody was knocking on my door, asking me to sign a contract. Nobody really cared what I had to say I didn't have

this YouTube channel yet there was no demand to read what I was putting on paper I was simply

just obeying what I heard in those quiet times with the Lord get ready I cannot count

...
