sex education. And I guess the reason why I'm recording this and talking about this topic

is because, A, I've worked in high schools as a sex educator and I've worked with youth in Australia

and I've noticed a really big lack of holistic sex education in our schooling system.

And that didn't start when I started working in schools.

I noticed that when I was in school and realized how ridiculous the sex ed was.

So the other thing that motivates me is that I have a daughter who is

11 and I guess being a mother really inspires me to be the best woman that I can be for her.

And having firsthand experience talking about these topics with my daughter has really

opened my eyes as to what it's like, to be a parent and to want the best for your child

and to educate them in the most holistic

way possible. But today I'm talking about what I wish I'd learned. And yeah, I hope that

you guys who are listening either take this information and use it as something that you can educate your children about

or perhaps the children that you teach about or just open up conversations amongst people in your lives

about how we can begin a movement of people who are dedicated to more holistic education, sex education,

for our younger generation, because that's where it begins. Because if we can teach them,
