All right. Hey, happy holidays right here. We're at the end of 2020 here in the show, and I have a gift. And the gift is a list of five things that every creative person should get and give. So it's a little twist on giving

here as we head into the holidays. And this concept of giving and or getting at this time of

the year is something I've been obsessed with since I was an adult because at some point you

stop giving or getting toys or

trinkets or stuff and you start to think more holistically uh about what it means to give and to get

so that is the that's the reasoning behind today's show and i believe that these five things that

i'm going to share with you again whether you're giving or looking to receive,

I think these are about to have a simple but profound effect on your ability to create.

So again, whether you're giving this to yourself or someone else,

pay close attention here.

So every photographer, director, entrepreneur, writer, creative, like, whatever mold you identify

with or the person that you're giving, each of us has a set of basic needs. And what I have come to believe is that most of these needs

are free of charge. So when you think about giving gifts or getting gifts, you know, obviously I'm a

huge fan of the experience, for example. And thankfully, my belief is that the most important

needs are mostly free of charge.

Now, I've come to this information by my own life experience, you know, having hundreds of people on this show, having read at least 100 artist biographies and, you know, the lives around me of people who inspire and motivate me.

So in studying all these people, a pattern emerges.

And the pattern is around the five things that I want to walk through right now.

What is required for ultimate creativity?

Thing one, adventure or experience. Ideally, those things commingle to provide an adventurous
