1:29.3	rhythms, routines, implementing new things into our life, new schedules, just new commitments.

1:39.0	But I was thinking as I was preparing for this week's episode specifically. And I was thinking about what are some of the
1:46.3	things that we as Christians actually need to take away and stop doing and not bring into the new
1:53.8	year, some habits that we may have, some mindsets that we may have, some rhythms and routines and
1:59.3	really idols that we have that maybe we are unaware of that
2:03.9	are really affecting our spiritual walk or spiritual formation and development, our connection
