| 1:42.0 | The investigators believe that he was also to blame for 18 more elderly deaths brought Colin and Dallas counties that most likely started in 2016. |
| 1:53.0 | In 2016, three elderly residents of the Edgemeer Senior Center in Dallas, Texas, passed away seemingly of natural causes. |
| 2:03.0 | There were 84-year-old Catherine Sinclair, 91-year-old Phyllis Payne, and 94-year-old Phoebe Perry. |
| 2:12.0 | Catherine had died a month earlier, followed by the latter two, and because of their ages, nothing seemed odd about their deaths. |
| 2:21.0 | Not long after that, in another similar facility, also in Dallas, some residents of the tradition Prestonwood assisted living in memory care facility, passed away, which was again attributed to natural causes due to their ages. |
| 2:35.0 | Some of them were Leah Corkin, Doris Gleason, and Joyce Abramowitz. |
| 2:42.0 | Then in 2017, Cheryl Pangburn visited her mother, Marilyn Bixler, who was 90 years old, and who lived in the park view, retirement community in Preston, Texas. |
| 2:54.0 | However, she found her lying on the floor between the couch and the coffee table lifeless. |
| 3:00.0 | Now, similar to the previous deaths, this was also attributed to her age despite the odd details that Cheryl noticed. |
| 3:09.0 | She recalled that her mother's hair was a mess and that her eyeglasses were bent, and even one of the lenses was missing. |
