Here's what this really is.

It's an interest-free loan you gave to Uncle Sam.

Ooh.

Yikes.

Because that means you overpaid your taxes all year long, and they're just giving you your money back.

So wait a minute.

You're telling me that I loaned the government money, and they didn't even pay me interest on it?
