Let’s chat real stress releases and strategies – not just light a yummy candle and hope for the best. But actual concrete activities that you can implement TODAY. I know that your typical stress relief activities make most teachers say – uh huh, sure, but how is adding another thing to my day going to counteract the stress I’m feeling about my life right now?!
Stress isn’t a disease, but prolonged periods of stress can have lasting effects on mental and physical health. Stress is actually a response to an external stressor (or 10), so let’s figure out what those are, kick decision fatigue to the curb, and find ways to set boundaries for your non-negotiables.Â
