What a huge topic because it's something we talk so much about, but we don't always have the

solutions. It seems like solutions are really hard to find. So I want to know your origin story of what made you

start looking into this and how did you decide to tackle such an enormous and important topic?

Thank you. Yeah, it is huge and something we all need with others

as well as with ourselves. And I think as we are in that moment in January, there's so many

resolutions and intentions that have been set. You have to actually have some empathy with
