| 0:00.0 | Hello everyone. So welcome back to the show. I'm your host, Nathan Shansky, photographer, business coach, an entrepreneur. And on today's episode, I want to share five things you can implement on your next client consult call or pre-booking meeting, sales call, whatever you want to |
| 0:24.1 | call it. And five things that you can implement on this call that gets clients to book you on the |
| 0:33.0 | call. Okay. So to clarify, what we're talking about today is we're talking about a pre-booking call with your clients when they are just in the inquiry process. |
| 0:45.1 | So a client inquires, you respond to them, and then you get on the call. |
| 0:50.0 | And then you're on this call. |
| 0:50.9 | And how do you get them to actually book? |
| 0:52.2 | Because there's so many different ways in which you can miss out on that opportunity. There's so many different times where I'm |
| 0:58.8 | sure you've experienced people on the call and then you just never hear from them again. So why is |
| 1:05.9 | booking your photography clients on the call so important? simple enough the console call is your |
| 1:12.0 | opportunity it is the momentum it's the connection point it's person to person and that's why |
| 1:18.7 | I should that's why I should mention that you should do these over Zoom which is my strong |
| 1:23.6 | recommendation instead of doing them over a phone call, by the way. I've had many students |
| 1:27.8 | go through my program, say the exact same thing. It's not the same to do it over a phone call. |
| 1:32.3 | Like Zoom, you get that person to person face time with somebody. And so that's where the magic |
| 1:37.9 | happens. If they leave the call so often, so much momentum is lost and they start overthinking and they forget that magic. |
| 1:47.2 | Think of your own life. Think of going to a concert for your favorite artists, right? Or think of |
| 1:51.8 | going to a theater for a movie that you want to see. Or think of trying on an outfit in the |
| 1:57.1 | fitting room, not just looking at it online or test driving a car instead of just thinking |
| 2:02.2 | about the car, seeing it online, right? During that in-person experience, that's when you're most |
| 2:08.0 | on fire for the thing. You're like, take my money, whatever it is. I'll do whatever you say. |
| 2:13.7 | But then if you go home and you don't actually make an action, you have slightly less magic when you get home. |
| 2:19.9 | And you wait till the next morning and then even slightly less magic. |
