If you're like overly confident or whatever and you're just kind of puffing and not everything's cool and all this

Dude nobody can help coach you. You need to be coachable but to be coachable you also need to be vulnerable

and that was a big breakaway with me because I would come in and say,

this is right where I'm stuck.

Can you help me?

And they would work on that.

I'd refine it, get through.

And then I'd go back and be like,

this is where I'm stuck now.

I'm over here.

And I would just continue to keep leveling up.
