doing despite knowing better. So what I'm talking about is you've been in recovery for a while.

Maybe you're an eating disorder warrior, or maybe you're just on a path of unsubscribing from diet culture and learning to accept your body

and learning to love yourself as a whole. So wherever you're at on your journey, there are some

diet cultured habits slash behaviors and some things that we've been brainwashed to do subconsciously because of beauty standards

and fat phobia and all of that fun stuff that we know about.

But sometimes it's a little bit difficult to actually put it into practice, especially

these little pesky habits that we've been doing for so long,

like probably since childhood. So of course, it's going to take a little bit of time for us to

stop doing them, but the first step is to admit to ourselves that we're doing them.
