0:12.6	changed my life. I'm your host Francesca Ramba who, oh, has had a very traumatic, a very traumatic week. If you have seen any of my social media
0:28.8	content over the last few days, then you will already know about this. If you haven't,
0:35.7	you're probably lucky, actually, that you've escaped it.
0:39.7	I'm traumatised. I had a very traumatic experience happened to me this week. I don't even know
0:44.9	where to begin, but basically it happened last night. And today I was like, oh shit, I really
0:51.2	need to record my podcast. I'm currently recording this in what I like
0:54.9	to call my soft office, aka my sofa under a blanket, because I'm having to keep an eye on my dog.
1:02.8	And I thought, do you know what? Let me actually just record an episode all about what just
1:09.6	happened and how I used the law of attraction and my self-development
1:16.1	tools to help me through it, right? Because that's how I feel like we learn and apply the
1:22.6	law of attraction best into our life. It's great to learn techniques and tools in a book, but they're really,
1:28.6	really ingrained in us when we remember to implement them and utilize them in the moment,
1:37.1	when you are feeling at your most traumatised, when you are feeling extremely sad, extremely stressed out, extremely heightened emotions
1:47.8	like anger or fear or whatever it might be. So let's not be around the bush any longer.
1:53.9	I don't know how else to put this. My dog's eyes fell out. Okay? My dog's eyes fell out.
1:59.5	This is one of those things that is an absolute horror show of a story.
2:05.5	And it's one of those things where you're like, I've never heard of this before. How does this happen?
2:11.6	Right. I just want to preface this with, I put this on my social media. I can kind of laugh about it now.
2:16.6	It's not funny. But I was distraught.
2:20.2	I couldn't talk about this without crying like 24 hours ago.
