Summary
Challenges arise in every relationship and this is not something you have to try and change. It's about whether you approach the challenges as a team or against each other. To have the best shot at staying on the same team, you need to be prepared before they show up. Then you will respond rather than react to them.
Today's podcast goes into 5 Root Causes of Most Relationship Challenges. Of course there are others, but these are some of the most common ones we see. By knowing these 5 challenges, you will be able to prepare yourself in advance and handle the challenge as a true team when you notice it comes up in your relationship.
Interestingly, a lack of love is not one of the 5 common challenges by the way. We talk to couples every single day who love each other deeply, yet still feel discouraged because they haven't identified the ROOT cause of their challenges.
